
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in aviation-related engineering or equivalent technical field;
2.Over 15 years experience in supplier quality management in aviation/aerospace manufacturing units, with prior roles in customer service departments of Boeing/Airbus-type aircraft manufacturers preferred;
3.Proficient in supply chain quality management tools/methods (e.g., 8D, Double Five Zeroing), airworthiness regulations (FAA/EASA/CAAC), and AS9100/ISO 9001 or equivalent standards;
4.Familiarity with the development of aviation maintenance, training, and flight-related customer service products;
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
